enjoyed the place, it was charming small and worked for me. i was upgraded to a cosy double room. the amenities included a safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

Communication issue

loved how the extremely spacious and cozy room with comfortable bed was arranged when we arrived. the room had central heating, flat-screen tv, and a safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. location: the hotel was just off the south park and several good restaurants and well-supplied supermarkets for daily groceries.

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk to a bus stop, and the rooms are super cozy with comfy beds.

The free WiFi was a great bonus for staying connected. We appreciated that children under 12 stayed for free, making it a budget-friendly option for families. The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a designated play area for kids.

I stayed at Family Hotel Dalis solely for transit during my travel, and it served that purpose well. The hotel is conveniently located, with Sofia being just 15 km away. This made it easy for me to explore the city and make my onward journey.

The room was dirty and lacked proper maintenance. The sheets had stains and an odd smell, while the floor was in desperate need of renewal.

The only thing we wished for was a better party scene for young peeps like us. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great, but a happening party vibe would've taken our stay to the next level.

Recently stayed at a fantastic family hotel near South Park and Vitosha. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, despite the language barrier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be returning!
